Wellness Exams

At Northwood Animal Hospital, we specialize in routine and regular check ups for your pet. During a wellness exam, we evaluate your pet's general health and well being on a regular basis, and identify possible health problems before they become serious or life-threatening. Your pet should come in for an exam at least once a year, if not more. Remember, every year for your pet is equivalent to about five to seven years for you!

A wellness exam includes checking:

• Ears
• Eyes
• Mouth
• Heart
• Lungs
• Reproductive organs
• Skin

These regular exams will help your pet live a long and healthy life.
