Winter Safety Part 2

The weather outside is frightful, but inside with your pets is so delightful!
With all of this ice and snow, make sure you protect those precious paws by following these tips below:
-Check paws frequently for signs of cold-weather injury or damage, such as cracked paw pads or bleeding.
-Sudden lameness during a walk may be due to injury or ice accumulation between your pet’s toes.
-Reduce chances of those dreaded “iceballs” accumulating by trimming hair between toes. DO NOT USE SCISSORS!
